How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, then follow the refund request flow, or
• Email us at hello@smyle.ai with your order details and we’ll arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually clear within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel The Circle membership at any time through Paddle or by contacting us. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
