I spent fifteen years writing code, shipping products, and quietly noticing the same pattern in every team I joined. The women in the room were brilliant. They were also, somehow, always the ones being told they would not understand the technical part.
When AI exploded, I watched it happen again, only louder. Beautiful, life-changing tools were being explained in language designed to keep most women out of the conversation entirely.
So I built the place I always wished existed. A warm, women-only space where AI is taught with patience, elegance, and the assumption that yes, of course, you can do this. Because you can.
